Stephen Brailsford
Stephen has been planting trees for the last 45 years. With a strong background in forestry and tree crops in conjunction with native restoration he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to all projects. He was the original inventor of the CombuGuard and its associated establishment system which has revolutionised native restoration practices. Stephen has been involved in most successful native restoration initiatives throughout Canterbury over the last 30 years.

Michelle Brailsford
Michelle is Brailsford’s Administration Manager and is your first point of call for account inquiries. She manages the flow of our information from our field operations through to our clients, along with payroll and personal management. Michelle also manages the resources and equipment required with our clients developers.

Rowan Brailsford
Rowan is the second generation Brailsford to be working in the company, and his role as Project Manager leads the development and maintenance of our client’s projects. He has a Diploma in Landscape Construction and contributes his depth of practical and technical experience to projects. Rowan manages our staff and subcontractors to deliver effective and comprehensive site preparation and establishment operations.
